教學目標
To help students improve the way they approach writing in English, including formal and informal style letters and email conventions in business prospects.
本課程的目的在教導研習者有關個人及企業所面臨的風險,並闡述風險管理的觀念與原則。討論的課題包括風險與危險觀念的釐清、風險的確認及衡量,風險的管理的組織、工具與策略,風險融通的技術,以及危機管理,並瞭解不同產業風險管理之實務。冀能運用組織內控、保險及財務操作等方法,在合理的成本下,使個人與企業的風險降至可接受的範圍。 The goal of this course is to give students capacity to understand key principles in risk management. Students will build up operational knowledge in developing an awareness of the challenges, the tools, and the process of designing and implementing a risk management program for a company or non-profit organization. 此外,本教學目標已參考英國皇家特許管理會計師公會CIMA Syllabus P03(風險管理)部分架構,並符合要求之教學內容,以達成指定的學習成效。透過本課程學習,另可協助同學準備英國皇家特許管理會計師P03測驗(建議另修信用風險與資產證券化、內部控制與稽核),以利學生取得英國皇家特許管理會計師資格。 In addition, the objectives of this course also included partial framework from CIMA Syllabus P03(Risk Management) is in accordance with CIMA's requirements of teaching contents to accomplish the required learning effectiveness. This course will be also beneficial to students for their preparing the CIMA P03 exam in the future (suggest they continue to take more advanced courses such as CREDIT RISK AND SECURITIZATION and INTERNAL CONTROL AND AUDITING) and finally for their obtaining the CIMA and CGMA licenses. 本授課大綱為暫訂規劃,授課進度、內容、成績比率等,將依授課實際狀況隨時進行修正。
