教學目標
This course provides the historical background, various approaches for business analysis and valuation . Contemporary issues such as Discounted Cash-Flow Approach, Market-Based Models, Mixed Models, Asset-Based Models, and Options-Based Models, InterBrand Models, and Herose Models are given specific attention. The theme and perspective running throughout the course is how to make the practice of valuation of business organizations more effective.
The purpose of this course is to familiarize students with major authors and works of English Literature from the Anglo-Saxons to the Romantics. Through reading and writing, students are expected to achieve a basic understanding of the historical/social/political/literary background of the assigned texts.
