教學目標
This course provides the historical background, various approaches for business analysis and valuation . Contemporary issues such as Discounted Cash-Flow Approach, Market-Based Models, Mixed Models, Asset-Based Models, and Options-Based Models, InterBrand Models, and Herose Models are given specific attention. The theme and perspective running throughout the course is how to make the practice of valuation of business organizations more effective.

教學目標
This is an Advanced English writing for methods of research. This course attempststrengthen students' logical thinking, critical thinking, and argumentation skills, to develop their own central ideas while incorporating other references, to avoid plagiarism by summarizing and paraphrasing other people's ideas. The aim of the course is that students will understand how to conduct research and how to write a conference paper and write one research paper. In this class, different genres of academic writing are initially introduced to students, and then other elements of writing a research paper is discussed. Students not only write a research paper, but also present their results.
