教學目標
本門課程主要以行政法之總論為範圍,本諸已學習之憲法理論,著重於行政法基礎理論之解說, 並引介先進法治國家之經驗,建立同學日後研習行政法各論之基礎。 此外參照我國大法官解釋及行政法院裁判,檢討目前行政機關之實務, 使同學了解行政法應有之內涵以及我國在相關立法、裁判及行政實務上之缺失, 掌握未來我國行政法發展之趨勢,並有利於日後學習行政法之各種專論。 Based on the lessons of Constitution Law, we emphasize on the general part of Administrative Law. We also introduce the practical legal experiences of advanced nations, to establish the participators’ basement to future research of different kinds of administrative law areas. We also reference interpretations of Justice of the Constitutional Court, and Judgments of Supreme Administrative Court. In order to build and strengthen understanding of administrative law and be able to grasp the trend of future.

教學目標
This course aims to equip students with knowledge and understanding of literary texts in particular essays, short stories, and poetry through examining them from the literary, social, historical, religious, and cultural perspectives. As the theoretical basis for the course, the extrinsic and intrinsic approaches to literature and application of western critical theories to the study of literary texts are introduced to the students. Students should demonstrate their ability to undertake research leading to an academic paper. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. identify, describe and classify the characteristics of a novel and drama; 2. read the literary texts critically and appreciate them; 3. become a “trained” reader; 4. analyze the literary texts by means of the extrinsic and intrinsic approaches and application of western theories to enhance their understanding. To reach the afore-mentioned goals, students will be encouraged to engage in a variety of in- and out-of-class activities including reading the literary texts in question, writing lots and learning portfolio, engaging in class discussions, implementing self-study, watching the filmic adaptations, etc.
